We are committed to delivering your premium wool products with care and precision. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - PKR 500
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - PKR 1,000
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 15,000
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days - Calculated at checkout
- Express International: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout
- Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer
Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping address
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please include photos of the damage when contacting us for faster resolution.
